It can be hard to lose weight. It can be hard to keep going day in and day out, changing your behaviors, changing what you eat and changing what you do. And once you do get there, it can be hard to maintain that healthier weight.
But losing weight and maintaining it is not impossible. I would love to provide my support to help you achieve a lasting change. My coaching style has been described as gentle and non-judgmental and I firmly believe that taking small steps towards what you want is more effective than huge leaps that may not stick. How Are You Caring for Yourself?
One small step you can take today is increasing self-care. The more you take care of your physical, mental & emotional needs, the easier it will be for you to make better choices. Try one of these:
- get more sleep (go to bed 5 minutes earlier and get up 5 minutes later or take a 10 minute nap)
- stretch more
- get a massage
- ask someone else to run that errand
- make your health and wellness a priority
- indulge in a daily delicious habit of your choice
- wear only clothes you love and that make you feel great
- fill in the blank with your own self-care ritual _____________
