Good self-care is essential to your health and wellness. Here are some wonderful ways you might try taking self-care:
- get more sleep (go to bed 5 minutes earlier and get up 5 minutes later or take a 10 minute nap)
- stretch more
- get a massage
- ask someone else to run the errand
- indulge in a daily delicious habit of your choice
- wear only clothes you love and that make you feel great
