I
love setting goals. The process motivates me and helps me move
forward. I don't always achieve them and I've made peace with that,
but I have learned a few things that make the achievement more likely.

Simple Motivational Aligned (with who you are and what you value) Resourced (help to achieve your goal) Trackable Enjoyable Revisit (is it still the right goal for you?)
