KNOW What You Want
NO What You Don't Want

It is important to know what you want and "no" what you don't want.

Next time you are asked to commit to yet another thing ask yourself:
  • Does this support my current priorities or goals?
  • Do I want to do it?
  • Do I really have time to do it in addition to the other things I've committed to?
If the answer isn't a definite "YES" to the questions than say "no".
