Dhuck Your Responsibilities
1. DUMP it
- If you don't love to do it and you don't absolutely, positively have to do it. DON'T! Dump the "to do" .
2. DELEGATE it
- Pay someone else to do it or let someone else do it. They may enjoy it or be better at it.
3. DIMINISH it
- Sometimes do only the
minimum that you need to do. You can always go back to put the
finishing touches on if you have time and want to. What's good enough?
4. DEFER it
- If it doesn't have to get done now, let it wait. It will be there when you get back to it, or it wasn't that necessary anyway.
5. DO it
- When all else fails (or you enjoy doing it), do it. Make sure you put your priorities and those things you enjoy doing on the list first.
